So how does he suggest this "problem" developed in the first place...by itself?
Big questions in my mind about this lot, their capacity to manage a junior resources company and this transaction!
lol...the funny thing is he is probably right...better to end up with $500k now and some shares in a company that may have the capacity to make it work, than to go it alone, only to end up going further backwards under an their obviously questionable capabilities.
I wonder if the directors will magically get shares in the new AIM listing...perhaps seed investors?
So now what do we have...a company with over 900m shares on issue, $500K in the bank and $12m worth of stock in a company currently worth shelf value if that?
Yeah right...I'l buy some...NOT!
