Regardless, Focus will always be a "Penny Stock" due to the enormous number of shares on the register. This has been confirmed by the article in the Mineweb site.
Until the management commences a buyback (not consolidation) and reduce the number of shares, Focus will always be at the mercy of daytraders.
This issue should be be discussed at the AGM, because regardless of what news has been released by the company, the share price has failed to reach even 6 cents.
