A company with too many shares issued (FTT has 834 million shares out) and a trading price of just few cents is determined to trade in the changes of the thousandths. A 10% raise (immaterial in true terms) seems a lot, but irrelevant to the company value building. Would you favor a 1/10 or1/100 split? A unit valuations would favor the decimals changes and would be more helpful in retaining value building approach. Any ideas on the above?
