Forget Xinwen. It might go through. It might not. Linc still has massive coal reserves and many have remarked that this puts NTA well over $2.
The question for investors is this: DO YOU THINK COAL AND OR OIL WILL BOOM AGAIN ONE DAY? If yes, invest.
