Swill, that is the most sense I have heard in a long time. The Xinwen speculators are giving me the heebies. Oil might not boom again for a decade, who knows? So why the rush to build a GTL plant when oil is at the bottom of the cycle and might stay there for years - like it did until recently?
Get some perspective people! Oil companies plan projects with timelines spanning decades. 2011 is a blink of the eye. Capital markets will de-crappify sometime before then. It doesn't matter if the plant isn't built for five years. The intellectual property is going to last a lot longer than that (hopefully).
