Why are you so privileged to information and other Shareholders not?
Did he do a verification of you over the phone to make sure you were in fact a Shareholder and were privileged to information that apparently was not pertinent in the last ann?
I very much doubt that he would have those facilities for verification/authentication, which brings me to my next question. How hard would it be for an investigative journalist to garner information from WW in the future?
Maybe WW should put a better informed Ann out and not have conversations with certain Share Holders which they request to be private.
Also next time he states that he would like you to keep the conversation private maybe don't mention the conversation at all, as it is reminiscent of a child boasting to their friends that they know a secret but can't tell you.
All Directors of other companies I have spoken to in the past have not been very open until an Ann has been made.
If true, out of all the garbage posts on BGS, this one disappoints me the most.
