Too much BS in BGS, page-85

It's my first time to put a post at here about BGS. I can't help myself of being skeptical that our top management and/or BOD are doing something against the interest of the BGS, the shareholders-US!
The whole things look so weird to me, the trading halt, the suspension, the offer, ........ the way they presented to the market,....... no further details and follow up,......... everything plays and manipulated in the dark. I have great reason to think that they are either puppets or doing something for their own huge benefits. For me, I'll vote NO to this very miserable offer for sure!
