That is just at the top of my head.
I have read too many times including in the AFR where they have stated that they turned 40k into 107 mil.
Nearly as many times as I have read that @notlistening is topping up on BGS yet again.
We can only put a rough figure on what it will cost Vs what we might receive per the LOI, but you will find it's not that great a "bonanza".
