awei001, there are forces at work greater than you and I, Allco had 'defensive' assets as well - look at where they are now, CNP oodles of debt and trying to repay debt within their banks deadlines.
Now compare these with BNB and tell me what is different, BNB will need to sell to get themselves out of this hole, problem is its '50big ones', and who is going to T/O that?
There band aid solution of replacing the old with the less used won't get them out of this one, she's going down.
