    Plus, most of management has been replaced since all the bad decisions so give the new people a chance.

    A company is nothing more than the people who run it so this is basically a new lisiting at a bargain price with 100s of ks of lithium fields under exploration along with a fair bit of gold. Can't see much wrong with that.
