The risk in front of the drill bit has essentially gone for CVN with PS1. The change is monumental for CVN and shareholders. Can't say the SP has been puffed up by over exuberance. So much more to unfold, but the biggest risk/test has been overcome. I am not taking a risk by holding - just a test of patience.
