AllAnh. I do follow your reasoning to some degree however there is still risk of rate of flow. It Is a fat lot of good having oil deep in the sea which will not flow to the surface at economic rates, There still is a RisK in my view. For example If There was No risk the share price would be at a much higher level would it Not I therefor disagree with your post in this regard.. By the way theare are still plenty of sellers about Best Wishes .Jimbolink
