but why on earth anyone is selling this under 40 - 60c i have no idea.

We just need some pay checks coming in, once these start flowing we will see the price go vertical.

if you have cash, i would be buying more, in a time of subprime this is a very safe and sturdy bet. Thi stock cant be effected by the worlds financial problems as it has no debt to sink it, and there are millions of energy customers needing to buy gas.
