Just wanted to bump this discussion on VMT onto its own thread.
VMT is taking long time here, and risks building in the background - a few of us are getting tired of this stock always being a “buying opportunity” while other stocks fly. If being in China is going to be a handbrake on shareholder returns due to geopolitical risk for the next 5 years, it is a prudent decision to get out and build bikes somewhere else.
There is/was a huge opportunity on E-bikes which VMT had an early mover advantage, but time is moving on and years are passing and VMT is still a penny dreadful stock. I still have BUY indicator but getting a little more nervous about why VMT is perpetually misunderstood and unloved by investors (people who would buy the stock and share price goes up). VMT could achieve great things, peak and then pass its peak and never actually raise the share price. I see gremlins emerging in the background.
Good luck to holders, and I hope I am proved wrong and some cracking sales/production/expansion opportunities are about to be announced - drinks will be on me.
