What I don't understand is given the sml appears to be so close why would Appian sell out at their original buy in. Not only making no profit, but giving up on what is expected to be a huge windfall given the sml finally comes through.
I want it to happen but I get the concerning feeling that there's something we don't know about. Or maybe that's just the cynic in me.
