Always a risky decision when there is no other stock with a comparable large growth profile so large balanced with low risk.Even after a large share price rise it is very risky selling if one wants to buy the shares back cheaper, that is in the case of a share such as this rare share.
Sellers have the risk of having to pay more if they wish to re enter the shares.
