quite a few would disagree with some of your statements (esp. some pundits who know to call the top/bottom of a market/"waves" etc)
Research: reading a company ann. proper - not just looking at some figures!
I for one be happy if we can hold at the current SP for a while - until further news emerges and we get a permanent re-rating at what I would deem much better levels :)
