You have just highlighted that it is harder to sell a stock then to buy one.
Many advocate setting your stop loss at the same time you buy your stock. You'll win some and lose some but you remove the anxiety.
I wish I was one of these people and continuely promise myself I will be one, but it takes more discipline then I seem to apply.
