god, Italy keeps coming up with a few oddities - I've never been there.
I've not been into any fast food places here. But, in some places - I've seen public toilets - but, in many - zip. Makes it hard for women.
I'm pretty well skilled in finding places for a leak - even in crowded cities. Asia was ? interesting.
To be honest - I dread being out and needing a number 2 - my god - that could bring one undone.
Like anywhere I guess - even Oz - you need to know your way about - it's easy if there's a shopping mall or maccas - but, out in the jungle - different thing
