just on that meat from yesterday - that I said was to die for -
the samples were little cut pieces of steak done in a marinade -- they were only thin things - about maybe 6mm thick, - the bloke put them on a tiny electric hotplate - and, I reckon for ????????? bugger all - maybe half a minute or a minute max -
they were just brown on the surface and red pretty much all the way through ---------------- wow --------- I can't remember having nicer pieces of steak -
I know where he sells - it's in an underground market here on tuesdays and fridays -------------- I'm assuming the price will be horrendous - my guess is about 80 or more euro a kilo --------- but, you need so little - just a little slice 6 mm thick - and, maybe 200 long and 37 ish wide
it's quality, not quantity -- - those white cows are something special - pic for others next post
