I just bought some shares, but reading all the announcements...

I just bought some shares, but reading all the announcements again, is there too much focus on ESG? Go woke, go broke. I agree with most of it, but I am concerned that it appears like the Board is focussed too much on Government led Governance initiatives. There is only a small amount written about the investment's operations. I was in AGL briefly and got out for this reason, lucky I did. What are your thoughts?
