The last quarterly said the company had 7mil cash on hand. It distributed 6.3mil cash. This leaves it with approx 700k to cover whatever residual expenses there are. There are 133mil shares. Assuming there are no residual expenses, best case scenario is a payout of $0.005 per share if they successfully windup.
If someone sees value in the shell, its another 1m of value possibly.
