@big e lol no one can forget the flour lumps after mum put flour in the baking tray to make gravy. it was also worthwhile to avoid the crunchy bits - meat that had blackened and fallen into the tray.
does anyone do that anymore or just reach for the tin of Gravox ?
i suppose in todays healthy eating it would be frowned upon to use the fat for gravy ... oh no no no no !
