had a quick look, smaller market cap other than that pretty well the same i thought... i don’t see how it would be a positive to merge, what are your reasons to merge?
I dont think share market valuations have any real effect on how a company operates therefor i dont see how it would be in CKFs best interest especially once you take into consideration of a strong nz dollar at the moment.
I quite like the share price falling. Each to their own
