    re: ****toot toot...boarding passes please*** Goblin ... they should be having record profits for some time as they are expanding they asset base (ie. property investment portfolio). However, I do not see this leading to an increase in income per share or distribution (or if increase only minor).

    A screaming buy at $1.40, but now an income hold only IMO.
