The next move is going to be down, the rally has limited support and all ready run out of puff because of the known unknowwns surrounding the pending Court case and decision. You won't see any real positive movement in this stock until the decision is handed down. I'm out until we know what the result is. In my experience Company's don't give an undertaking as to damages unless they feel very confident and this confidence is supported by their legal team.
