    I also think the case management date could be of significant importance and may be a catalyst for another push upwards. Previously it was just SMM wanting to drag out the court process, now its BOTH companies... Suggests something is up.. Both companies may be starting to realise neither of them have a chance of winning outright on their own in the short term. If you can't beat em...
