Workchoices is designed to keep wages as low as possible and working conditions to a minimum. That is it's primary purpose and it is no good anyone trying to say otherwise. The fairness test was only introduced as a political stunt to try to settle down the outrage many workers were expressing and to try to avert too much damage at the election. If Howard were by some miracle to win this election expect the fairness test to be amended or dropped because it is not what workchoices is intended to be about. Dave R.
