No doubt money in the bank is great, but if the people who own the options/shares then dump the excess to re-coup losses (of which there is a bit to go around) it may hurt the momentum in the stock + dilution. Concerned it may be a confidence killer is all and whether calling on Mercer agreement & wearing the 10% discount might be safer (albeit costlier).
