• Probably they sold their AVR shares because the AVRO shares would have been near impossible to sell at that time in the volumes they needed to shift them at . When I bought a month ago there was no problems buying AVRO shares cheap and I aquired 11,500 at around 87 c average . SB might not exercise them as they might wait and see what transpires and sell them around 10 to 12 dollars below the SP when it really takes of . So far AVRO shares are averaging substaintially bigger increases than AVR shares . Today AVRO shares increased by 60 % . I have been telling people here for a month the AVRO shares were a much better buy . When I purchased them I only had about 10 k to play with which would have bought 2000 AVR shares . As it was I picked up 11,500 AVRO for the same amount . There is no need to exercise these untill 18 dec . IMO AVR will be in excess of $50 per share buy then . Do the maths and you will see the deal I obtained is heaps better . When AVR shares reach $50 per share 2x $50 = $ 100. . Now I aquired around 5.5 AVRO for the price of 1 AVR share . I need to pay 5.5 x $8 to aquire them which equals $48.78 including purchase price of 5.5 options . This equates to 5. 5 shares @ $50 = $275 . As you can see not rocket science which is the better option
