RBS need to see the Novus / GGP mandate before they go and spend time on fully evaluating whether or not to fund GGP.
If the mandate does not allow any alternative options to credit raising by share issuance or convertible notes then its a total waste of time for RBS to even start to look at it.
The board still refuses to reveal the mandate.
Until the board start co-operating the water will remain murky and RBS can not fully acquiesce to our request at fully analyse an option for alternative funding.
