had terrible tooth ache for a while - dentist tried to save the tooth but must have upset the nerve -9.5 out of ten for pain
waited a week - (he did a temporary filling to last a couple of months- for an oral surgeon to pull it out with my wisdom teeth) - pain got worse ---- back to dentist --he then pulled the molar and the wisdom next to it - 2 more weeks of pain but pain due to the teeth being pulled - it was a shit 3 weeks.

from my experience doing things like gardening took my mind off it - and by the sounsds of it - if you're in my situation seeing the dentist again to get the tooth pulled is the answer otherwise i would have had an abscess (infection)

next year i've got to get the other 3 wisdom teeth out
we've only got extras cover so along with the above and several fillings this year we're looking at $6000+

I'm 39 so I'm not looking forward to having them pulled as the roots grow longer as you get older

oh well - this is why you have to enjoy life at he fullest -string pain reminded me of our mortality
