    Given you are in the middle of nowhere, an assumption, but probably a reasonable one given the dentist being 100km away, I also assume that you can not get a doctor to do a home visit?

    I've got all the stuff you need in my cupboard -proper painkillers like Tramadol, Endone etc but I'm in Sydney so not much use to you. Do you know anyone who lives reasonably close that has proper painkillers? You may be able to borrow some (technically this is illegal..........) until you get to see a dentist. You could also try that stuff you put on gums for ulcers that is an anaesthetic, but no idea if this works for proper tooth pain.
