I dont know what is going on, but may be related to the strange antics of the ords.
Check out the course of sales on the rights today. same numbers keep coming up, and the last 4 trades all cancel out (nearly).
Possible explanation is that someone bought a decent amount of rights on market (say a couple of mill) and is now switching them between accounts at 0.1c/0.2c. The effect would be to hold the rights around that level.
