There is close to no chance getting work as a contractor at Appen their database is too good - those that have proven proficiency in Bias Judgements and Web evaluations at quick time and accuracy would get all the work as Big tech refreshes their Deep Learning datasets the rest will need to wait their turn. If English is your only language you will struggle to get work.
