We are all gambling, waiting for announcements is a 50/50 proposition. I like to work towards the announcements, tapering in my buys and sells so when D day arrives I'm fully ready. My portfolio consists of 7.5% asx shares and 92.5% cash due to current interest rates. My plan is to slowly grow my asx shares throughout the year picking up great buys in the process. Small caps have not rallied unlike large cap so they are my number1 choice to buy atm.
