2 CR in 2023 and raised $ 90 Mil 1st in May and 2nd in December.
1st was at 1.85 and it was 32 M Shares ~ (CIRCA) 5.5 % Shares issued compared to SOI as in May'23.
2nd in December and it was for .55 Cents and issued 22 Mil Shares ~ (CIRCA) 10 % Shares issued Compared to SOI in Dec'23
1st SPP Retailer participation was 55 % and 2nd SPP only 30 % nearly half and as it was underwritten hence Gap was taken by Instos. such closely raised CR within 7 months.. it seems like Dec SPP was more like instos perused then business need, just to change Shareholder register and they will keep at lower side for next couple of years accumulate more from retailer before climbing up.
seems like way oversold and insots becoming like a operator of Shares. Company raised 90 Mil fresh Capital in 2023 and early 2024 Market Cap is equal to 100 Mil.
