Make no mistakes about it - the following cost cuttings will materially increase shareholder value beyond belief:
1. Removing middle management that sits on top of middle management
2. Removing roles that are redundant including those where the employee spends all day on Hotcopper or watching Cat videos on YouTube.
3. Removing poor performing IT Transformation companies if they do not meet KPIs including IBM
4. Off shoring call centres
5. Setting up governance that rewards cost reductions and no dead wood extending their careers
6. Rationalizing and closing down retail shops
All in all on the above, I could see the SP being one of the best ASX Top 100 shares in recent memory.
No wonder the institutions were backing their trucks up!
