    Yes indeed ! That was an incredible quote from our CEO Tim Mcmanus ! I was impressed by our CEO commitment to the success of the mine and the company. Indeed nothing beats incentives to success coming from mortgaging your own house putting your own money and property at risk in order to invest in africa in madagascar in the company you are already paid a salary to manage ! Impressive insider ownership and incentives indeed !
