the fact that CMR is on that list and based on what is actually said in the transcript , does that reflect CMR management.
I think it does, their slow releases for one to the market and their indulgeent self treatment as well really irkes me.
I would definately accept a take over offer, as to what price, I would take 9 $, that would value the lot at about 1.1 bn. Let them take it and split it, coz, I dont think this split is going to happen any time in the next year otherwise.
