I am not confident ASIC are no longer impartial in this case given the VISA issue.
I don’t think they will grant ISX the application to monitor their listing, they are too weak. They will use COVID as an excuse to not make a decision and simply delay it, in order to protect little brother ASX.
Common sense will not prevail. There is a clear conflict of interest yet ASIC have taken 8 months to reply. What a joke. Shareholders will not be protected and instead ASX will continue to bully ISX.
I don’t think ASIC will have the guts to announce any of their findings either before the court case, to protect little brother.
