Hi Lovethespeccies. Basically the current buy price of an option (PAAO) is about 1c. This gives you the "option" to buy a full PAA share any time before the expiry date in October for 20c. So if the SP goes above 21c (1c + 20c) the option starts to be a profitable buy. But if it stays well below 21c till October, when the option expires then you've lost your money. Hope that helps?
