Hi NZT - exciting times mate ….MND Cohort 1 should now be completed assuming the last person completed their 28 day treatment. One matter to check on your post tho’ - I think we were informed that Cohort 1 patients can continue on the same dose for compassionate reasons, but Cohort 2 patients are naive. If things progress as hoped, Cohort 1 patients are eligible to join Cohort 3. Please check my thinking here and confirm or correct me.

I am hoping they can announce asap that:
1. Cohort 1 dosing has been completed; and
2. There were no tolerability reported issues; and
3. There were no SAE’s; and
4. All Cohort 1 patients elected to continue their dosing as per their 28 day trial; and
5. We will provide a detailed report once the blood work is done; and
6. We have six new patients ready to start Cohort 2 once we have approval.
7. The market will be informed of next steps subject to due process and business requirements.

I think an announcement of 1 to 7 could happen very soon if people are back at work.
I think this month is very likely.
This is a very big milestone….bring it on!
