and cheers, the rebalance - it obviously doesn't make sense to many - but when treated un-emotively and I looked at the numbers, it really was line ball - and maybe just like LBW, benefit of doubt prevails!

they are stuffed for the next unless a real hurry up happens in the next 3 months.... every day under $1.3-1.4bn is a day they need to be over it by in the back end.

If the SP can move linearly up from today - they will need to be more like $1.8-1.9bn at the end of the next period to remain in the 200. good luck with that!

A more realistic way to achieve is a strong pump to $1.5-$.16bn within the next 2-3months - and then remain there.... form your own view if that is possible.
