That is what I am worried about, is it going to be broken up an the little trinket box given to someone else down the track....

ie.... the submarine is sold for scrap while its on the beach and the heavy lift crew come in and retrieve the submarine at salvage prices.....for another country......

Its been done before......an it will be done again in the future...
