In regards to takeover, why wouldn't a larger miner take them out if it proves to be of value.
If they carry out their feasiblily studies and or continued exploration success it not be out of the question that this company could yield 150Tonnes p.a in copper and increase their mine life substaintially , thus rerating their mine to a TIER 1 category and consequently falling under the radar of someone like BHP.
At 150 tonnes per annum and a low cost profile with long mine life this company could easily be making $600Million Nett profit Using a P/E of 15 gives us a market cap of 9Billion or $2.85 per share. Why wouldn't a big miner offer anything under $2.00 to acquire the lot, inlcuding their tenements in Cambodia.
