They sold down some of their holding obviously so they don't hold 6% hence why no substantial holdings announcement was released. its simple, Marbrijen (Menzies) are paying ARUP so the ARUP allotment are going to Marbrijen who are offloading for a nice profit while IMO another entity is soaking them up.. IMO
