Maybe I wasn't clear enough - the most recent Top 100 was dated around June, although it wasn't posted on the ASX. Look back through HC posts and you will find it. It listed Marbrijens holdings as 18 mill.
The notice of the EGM was dated 23rd July, and it listed all the share acquisitions that Marbrijen have made under the Strategic Deliverable bond. Most have occurred subsequent to the June top 100, except for possibly the first two, dated 22 may and 7 June. There may have been some overlap in reporting here?
To me, it's a pretty clear indication that Marbrijen have a very strong interest in ESI
A google search of the 2 Marbrijen owners is an interesting exercise.
