My intent of the list was to only include those cobalt juniors that have at least a JORC resource size and by market cap...Three in the list have no defined resource yet but have high market caps to be within the top 15...Maybe that means they are over valued...Maybe not...The only JORC miner I didn't include was Platina Resources with a MC of only 22.5M...
I do own MEI but with no JORC yet and lower MC didn't include them...The list was mainly to give a hint of who might be under/over valued...
