Due to some HC member's comments re JUM's 260 mill shares on...

Due to some HC member's comments re JUM's 260 mill shares on issue, I thought I'd do a little research on who are controlling JUM. By the below research it looks as those in control are increasing their strength, not a sign of a company in trouble, more a sign that the people who control the shares are expecting it to rise in SP higher and are across the board increasing or holding their stakes.

I have compared the holdings and movements between Sept 21 2004 and Feb 17th 2005.

Main increase is from Berpaid Options excersized - 35 mill new shares


Berpaid Pty Ltd, a broker's trading company, same crowd who gave the $250k in return for convertable notes. They've converted the notes and also paid to convert another 17mill options (given at the same time as the convertable note transaction last year) excersizable at about 1.4c. Of the 35mill shares collected via this, they have now offloaded the bulk of them on market at prices above 2c in 5 mill co-ordinated sell/buy tranches and have 4.8 mill left. Good news is $250k liability extinguished and the $$$ raised via the 1.4c options in bank and increased liquidity for JUM
